Our dolphin s200 pool cleaner has had 4 repairs in under 3 years and is again not working. Customer service is nonexistent, you can only speak to a call centre and they just want us to drop the cleaner back to a dealer to be assessed and repaired. They refuse to let us speak to any sales or management. This machine is obviously faulty and not durable or fit for purpose. Our pool pump failed after 18 months. Our pool is serviced monthly and we empty the skimmer box and pump basket regularly. Meanwhile I have a 16 year old Grundfos irrigation pump that never misses a beat and a cement mixer with its original motor from 1982. Edit: I’ve already contacted Maytronics and I didn’t get a reply.

just purchased my first Dolphin Hydro plus, absolutely love it. Easy to use through the app, would highly recommend it.( I have an above ground pool 9m x 4.5m.
