Bought a shower rod from this company that was sold by a major store. The shower rod is faulty. It's not worth $46. I reached out to Mayzon by email. They are also called Zennahome on Instagram. They asked for pictures and receipt in the email. I sent all that. Still no refund THIS COMPANY SCAMS CONSUMERS. DO not purchase anything made by them. They buy trash products from China. UNETHICAL SALES PRACTICE! This company has horrible customer service and cheaply made products! I do not recommend buying from here! Especially a "smart rod"! I wish I had read all the poor reviews before I bought this! I would have never owned it had I known all the issues with it yet the "store owner" says there are no issues and he will continue to sell it!
