I requested pricing for a home cleaning more than a week in advance. Got that information and responded that I wanted the cleaning on the agreed upon day. Didn't hear anything back and when checking a day before the cleaning, I was told that my confirmation email had mysteriously ended up in her Deleted Mail box. No offer to service me on another date, no offer for a discount for my inconvenience, nothing. Made it seem like it was my fault that the confirmation email ended up where it did.
