Wildly incompetent. Take your money, push back your job for MONTHS. Ignore phone calls and never seem to be able to give straight answers or just boldly lie to your face. Lack trustworthiness, authenticity and not ONCE have they ever apologised for the ongoing disappointments. I honestly don't think I've met anyone who feels more 'scammy' than the new owner.
