there are not enough kind words in the dictionary for Dr. Hamed and her team. Thejal and Rose have always made me feel seen and heard. i’ve never met a doctor that genuinely cares about me the way they do here. i owe them everything and i will never see anyone else for as long as i live
What I don’t understand is why, when an appointment is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., patients can’t be seen within a reasonable timeframe. Several times, I’ve had appointments at 10:00 a.m. but wasn’t seen until nearly noon — which is completely unacceptable. This isn’t an isolated incident; it has happened repeatedly.
