I bought a vehicle under the full original manufacturer's warranty from Mayse. I was assured by a salesman and a General Sales Manager, multiple times, that if anything went wrong, "we'll take care of you." Well, things did go wrong. The vehicle had an electrical issue where it would randomly become undrivable while going down the road. I had it towed to their service department, where it sat for about a week and a half. As a previous loyal Mayse customer who has bought many vehicles from the same salesman I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I can list all of the reasons with screenshots but the salesman along with the finance officer will know why I am giving 1 star even leaving the owner a voicemail with my problem and concerns with no call back or concern. Great customer service. They return calls timely… set up a test drive.. they had the vehicle washed and ready…Eric, our salesman, was very informative and low key… felt like family. Outstanding price on our new 3500 HD Silverado High Country. We drove from 100 miles away, passing several dealers on the way… absolutely worth the drive!
