High pressure to buy my car. Spent 6+ hours at dealership. The majority of time was everyone trying to buy my car for half of what it was worth. In the end I got what I was asking but now a week later they have not paid off my car or sent me my equity check as promised. It was a very stressful experience. Never have I seen so many dishonest people in one environment. They will tell you something and then deny it. They will tell you that they are going to take care of an issue, and not do it. Do not walk away from this place, RUN or grab your ankles. The body shop personnel and the repair shop personnel was kind and warrant your buisness but the sale team, needs to have training on honesty, politeness and keeping their word. NO, I do not suggest this dealership nor will I return.

Anthony was my sales guy. My trade had a light up bow tie which I wanted to swap. It was too small. I said I wanted one si ce I was losing one to which he said no problem. Today I am told I have to order aftermarket and pay for it....not in the deal. It has a gm part # but says not available. I was also promised a detail, since it had never been.. Besides all of that, I am 100% satisfied.

Clean waiting room. nice staff. Free coffee and snacks while I waited. Offered a loaner vehicle when I added a few things to be done. Highly recommend! Also, this place has a huge inventory of vehicles. it was easy to pass the time walking their huge lot.

I recently had my 2018 Silverado serviced by Spitzer North Canton. I spoke with Service Assistant Lexi Herbert about a possible shock or strut issue . She worked my truck in ASAP . The technician found no defective parts but the service follow up was appreciated. I have had my vehicle serviced on 3 occasions and Spitzer has been prompt and dependable. Thanks Spitzer !
