Very happy with the service provided. Kind, professional, and courteous. Trimming looks great too!
Unprofessional from start to finish. They showed up two hours late and didn’t even have all the proper equipment. The crew argued among themselves the whole time, and the final trim looked uneven and sloppy. Not worth the money at all.
Terrible experience. The workers damaged my fence while hauling away branches and didn’t even bother to mention it. I only found out later when I went outside. I tried calling several times to get it resolved, but they just ignored me. Very unprofessional.
They completely butchered my oak tree. Instead of a neat trim, they hacked off random branches and left it looking lopsided. Now I have to hire another company to fix their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else.
I was quoted one price over the phone, but after the job was done, they tried to charge me almost double! When I questioned it, the owner got defensive and rude. Poor communication and shady business practices — I would not recommend Mayscape Tree Trimmers.
