i feel the same way. Disappointed and Disgusted by the lack of professionalism. im finally going to follow through on changing doctors. its good to know im not the only one that thinks they operate like ive never seen before. too bad, our people dont know how to step up to the plate and demand that their office personnel exhibit a better repore w/the patients that what they do.
i am day 45 trying to get a form faxed back to my brothers medical supply company. I am very concerned about the competency of this place. I think we r going to be looking for another doctor.
This is the most unprofessional clinic I have ever visited. The wait is unreal, the lack of courtesy is rediculous, and the ignorance level of the emoplyees has reached an entirely new level! I will never attend this clinc ever again!
