Top notch mechanics
I took my truck in for inspection in March. He failed it for a bunch of front end stuff, an oil leak and a rusty accessory. When I took the wheel off the next day, it was stuck to the hub, indicating he did not even take the wheel off to inspect the things he failed it for. He said I needed tires, too. I ran it a few thousand miles more, until November and just took it to a reputable big name tire shop to get it reinspected.
