I found May's Plumbing through the Better Business Bureau (and noted their A+ rating) and they definitely delivered! Despite what we thought was appropriate winterizing, Snowcrete proved to be a worthy adversary and busted our frost-proof hose bib. Several other companies quoted us $700-900+ for the repair (which did include needing to cut away a stupid portion of an unnecessary wall in the unfinished area of our basement) but in total took less than 2 hours and cost less than $250. Called for a plumber to work on my shower and the woman that answered the phone started off very nasty. After we discussed the work to be done, she then began asking me a series of personal medical questions. For a second there, i thought i had dialed the Health Department. It was very awkward and intrusive, so i told her that i will just find another plumber. (I did) and i was Pleased with him. If you use this company be prepared to Deal with medical Fascists
