This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to. The atmosphere is unmatched—motivating, uplifting, and full of people who treat you like family. Coach Rashad is incredible. He doesn’t just train you; he pushes you beyond what you thought you were capable of. I’m so glad I left Esporta and joined a real gym where I’m actually getting results and pushing past my limits. If you’re serious about your fitness, this is where you need to be!
One of the best boxing gyms and Coach Rashad really cares about all of his fighters and people that visit the gym.

Best gym I’ve been apart of, you feel like family when you’re here. Coach Rashad is a very knowledgeable and is good with teaching and showing people how to properly work out and how to train in Boxing. His right hand Mrs.Carmen is awesome and great person to talk to and hang with. The other trainer Lordi is great and good teacher. They also have a kids program that is great and the teacher Coach G is patient and knowledgeable. Great gym you should go and experience it.
