Ridiculous waste of time and money to even consider using this, so called company. The only way you'll know Mr. Mays is not being truthful is his mouth will move.
Mr. Mays did what he wanted instead of listening to his customer. He often would tell one thing and then did something else. Seemingly he did things that were cheap and convenient for him. He said he would put in a railing that he then said he did not know how to do and told me to figure it out. He put in a retaining wall that in his absence his crew just put in dry bags of concrete, may be fine for small jobs not a retaining wall.
