HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to this place on Sunday, my only day off, and was interested in two pieces they had out front. One piece had six or seven pieces stacked in front that I moved. It said "sold" but I questioned it because it had so much stacked in front of it that it looked like it had been there for a long time. Mays custom tile and granite has a poor concept of customer service. They installed our granite countertops throughout our house, And after discovering an issue with the kitchen countertop (a polished piece near the stove that shouldn’t be) we called a number of times, always being told they’d call ya back. Never happened. After one more phone call today, Jason told my husband that he installed the right *******countertop as well as a number of other obscenities, then hung up.
