With the mouses and roaches, I wouldn’t rent such a terrible place as this, never ever. As high as rentals are nowadays-and you think I would even consider living in such a Deplorable place.
My wife and I moved in last year, it’s a great place to live. There’s a lot of families out and about walking their dogs ect. It’s never noisy even on Friday nights. Plentiful parking and very clean, every part is meticulously maintained. Maintenance requests get fixed that day or the next unless requested otherwise. Also there’s all the restaurants and stores you could want within 5 minutes.
This place is a Nightmare especially if you have kids.The walls are so thin,my kids had to tiptoe in the house ,you can just imagine with a 2yr Old telling them not to run or play in the house and its winter. Roaches Roaches!!!everywhere we had to dispose off all our furniture
