DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. I would give less than a one star if possible. Sharon ended up costing me more money because she is so disorganized. She filed my taxes late (past the extension) more than once. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time & the government didn't charge (anyone) for late filings due to COVID. But this last time was unacceptable! Sharon and her staff are an exceptional accountant team. We have been with the firm for several years. They are responsive and professional. They offer excellent guidance and are efficient and timely with tax preparation. Highly recommended.

I tried to hire Mrs. Mays about 6 months ago. I told her I was frustrated with the lack of response of my prior accountant. We agreed that they would review my info and I would pay a $500 retainer. 3 weeks later after several emails and phone calls that weren't returned, I politely asked for her to refund my $500 since they hadn't performed any work and had been unresponsive. 6 months later they still have not refunded my money. Very unprofessional.
