Dr. Alani was great when my wife saw her. When she went in for her follow up appointment, some nasty person working at the front desk told my wife that she have to reschedule because she didn't arrive 15 minutes early for her appointment at 9 am. She was on time at 9 am. In my 46 year on this earth I have never been turned away from a doctor for not coming 15 min early. My wife is an established patient, so there was no new patient paperwork. Also she was seeing the doctor today for symptoms of vertigo, which should be evalu... read more

Update: I immediately heard from the office and was able to get an appointment for my mom in a timely manner. I appreciate their attention to this matter. Dr. Mays Alani’s office staff is incompetent. I called in January to schedule an appointment for my elderly mother who is experiencing cognitive decline. The first available appointment was in April. I called today to confirm the appointment and figure out if I needed to complete any paperwork. They had no record of the appointment, and the office staff told me she needed ... read more
