Worst experience ever! a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I called ahead to ask if I could come in, the woman on the phone said yes, which seemed promising at first. However, when I arrived, she greeted me with, “I only opened because I thought you were someone else.” Despite the rude comment, I tried to overlook it and explained that I only wanted a trim to let my hair grow out.
