I was on a tight schedule and my appointment was at 2:55 but she was busy with another lady. Why make an appointment if i’m not going to be seen at that time. it was 3:40 when i left to do my own hair at my house.

I got my hair cut recently and it was a disaster. I showed her pictures of what I wanted done.. My hair literally looks like a birds nest! She cut my hair way too short and I’m in tears writing this. Not only did they mess up my hair but they wouldn’t give me a full refund. They didn’t try to fix it or anything! It’s so unprofessional of them! This is MY HAIR and it won’t grow back tomorrow. I’m very frustrated and upset this is very unacceptable and I will never do business with them again!

I wish I was told that the person who did my hair was unskilled at hair coloring. I left disappointed and sad. Please don't put anyone that does not know how to color hair to do so! I feel betrayed. If you decide to come here for coloring, ask if the person is a professional at hair coloring otherwise you'll be left with 3- 4 different hair colors.
