Workers are very rude and inconsiderate of customers time! While in the shop theirs only one worker who’s doing hair while the owner Sit behind desk and talk for 2hrs while there’s a shop full of customers waiting, they do not know how to prioritize themselves in a timely manner for customers

Let me give you a real review I came in around 11am and I didn’t leave until 5pm !!!! There’s one worker that’s stops and talks on her phone then tries to multi task with you and another client when she clearly can’t. RUDE THEY ARE RUDE spend your money elsewhere! The owners does a great job at hair but she is rude the other workers are not very good with hair very rough water was steaming hot she basically told my daughter she can’t do her hair and sent her to the other worker that rushed and did not do well go to the salon... read more

Rude and unprofessional. I called ahead of time to get a wash for my two young kids and myself. She agreed to have us come in and told us to have a seat. We did and she looked uncomfortable the entire time. Then proceeded to come over, touch my (4c hair) and then said she “didn’t have time” to do a basic wash. Culturally incompetent, rude and wasted our time. In my appears that it is best to not engage if you have a certain hair texture because she obviously “doesn’t have time for it.”

Went to Myra‘s on a Thursday morning walk in. Someone was able to wash my hair immediately. There was great morning music in ambience. I was given a choice to have my blowout done With or without the big curlers and blow dryer. I chose the big curls. Myra and her daughter were warm and professional. Would go again
