I called Fred today and asked if he could deliver a new box spring to me this afternoon - he said he’d be here between 3-4 - I asked if he could come a little earlier (like 2:30?) bc I had something I needed to do. The box spring was on my bed and he was headed out the door by 2:37 - that is customer service at its best and why I love dealing with Mayo’s and Fred!
