A prior contractor stripped the threads in the junction box and supporting bracket while attempting to install a ceiling fan and admitted that costly drywall repairs were necessary to replace it. Tim thoroughly analyzed the situation from several aspects and was able to install the fan in a cost effective manner without requiring any expensive drywall repairs. The last storm that rolled through Wilmington delivered some lightning that was close enough to my house to short a GFI outlet and the logic board in my garage door opener. I did a Google search to see if there were any electricians that had experience installing whole house surge protection and came across Mayo's Electrical Service site. I reached out to Mayo Electrical for an issue with one of my GFI outlets. Tim responded quickly and dispatched out to my home to complete repairs next day. He was very efficient and took the time to show me what the problem was and what repairs were necessary. Highly recommend him for any electrical issues you need addressed.
