Phil and his team were a joy to work with. They were very professional and easygoing. Phil was very thoughtful and careful in accommodating various dietary needs such that the women felt seen and equally cared for when he crafted the menu. All of the food was beautifully presented and was equally delicious. We enjoyed a variety of dishes over the 3 days that he fed us and they were all wonderful. Phil, along with Lilibeth, Jimmy, Shelly, and Fran, made my women's discipleship retreat refreshing, nourishing, and delightful. Phil inventively accommodated multiple dietary restrictions without compromising taste or quality. Every one of my retreat guests remarked on the team's professionalism, care, and excellence of food quality, presentation, taste, and service. Some will likely hire him in the future! We had a wonderful experience with our recent catering by Phil Mayo. The food was delicious— fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was well prepared and enjoyed by everyone in attendance. Phil and his team are responsive and attentive to every detail. Everything was delivered on time and set up beautifully. Mayo’s catered our wedding a few weeks ago and we were very pleased with the outcome! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed all of the food and beverages provided and we heard many compliments on the food and service throughout the night.
