I recently visited Mayors and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I walked in dressed casually (jeans and a t-shirt), and from the moment I entered, it felt as though I was being judged based on my appearance rather than treated as a serious customer. Despite my genuine interest in purchasing a Rolex watches, the associate showed little to no willingness to assist me.
