Babs has been incredible ever since I came in 3 years ago! Since then Babs has gotten me 2 Rolex! A blue dial datejust, a rare omega and just today a new submariner with green bezel! Service is great. Every time we’ve been Service has been excellent other than a security guard. Only reason why 4 stars out of 5 is because the security guard with white hair and no hair on top refused us entering through Rolex ( they weren’t busy) when we bought and service our Rolex’s there which whatever we’ll go through the other side, but then when we are waiting for my husband‘s Rolex, he lets a couple come through there and was being very friendly with them.
