I read Mason D.'s review regarding Jared the technician. I agree that Jared is not Mr. Congeniality. However, I disagree with Mason D's assessment that he cannot fix anything. Jared repaired my furnace today, and did so in a very professional manner. I wasn't concerned with him being Mr. Friendly but instead wanted him to be Mr. Competent, which he was. Horrible company. Can't fix anything. Jared, the tech was extremely rude and offensive. After a half hour to make a supposed diagnosis, he decided he didn't want to try to fix it. I kicked him out. When he first arrived, he didn't introduce himself, didn't shake my hand when I extended it didn't say hello to my wife when she came in the room and said hello to him.
