I was on maybe my 5th call to another vet clinic to try to get my dog in for surgery for a torn CCL. Although they told me they didn't have a surgeon on staff they recommended me to Jeff Mayo. I called, he answered right away and answered my questions. The next night I emailed after hours and he responded promptly. I booked the consultation and surgery together and he spent a good 45 minutes going over the different options for treatment with me.
