Bought my sofas at Texas Furniture, which is supposed to have better quality home furnishings........super disappointed in the quality of the sofas. I'm still paying my sofas and the fabric is already tearing from the seams. Very low quality product. Don't recommend to anyone. Especially if you have kids.
I could not be more disappointed in the quality of Mayo products. I bought a sofa and chair for $2500 and the furniture lasted for a year before the fabric ripped at the seams and the seating of the furniture dropped so much that it feels like I am climbing out of the furniture in order to get up. And the warranty that Mayo offers is useless. I live in Texarkana where Mayo makes the furniture and it is embarrassing to have this low quality furniture built in America.
I’m an interior designer and have bought Mayo furniture for my house (5 pieces) and many of my clients. I have never had a complaint p, just more orders.
Good quality but if you do have a small probelm then you have to schedule an appointment for them to come out to see the problem only for them to still want you to have the piece(s) sent back to be "looked at" more in the warehouse. I just ordered new items from another company to replace the ones from Mayo. Too much of a waste of my time and effort.
