The woman that took my call was very understanding and helpful and understood that it was an emergency and got me an appointment as soon as possible the Dentist was very caring listened to me and made sure that I made an appointment to be seen again even if it wasn’t with them and even gave me a list of dentists to call to make another appointment and the woman that checked me out was so sweet thank you all for your kind words personal attention to my needs and very professional will continue to come back thank you all pleas... read more
Very courteous and were great with my mother!
Multiple times this doctors has attempted to prescribe me medication I’m allergic to and would have killed me had I not caught it before that. They never answer the phones in less than 5+ minutes and they’ll never fax over information unless you hound them every day. Got me in trouble with my boss because neither my boss or my doctors informed me they never faxed over my COVID-19 information. Don’t go here.
I absolute love and appreciate this place so much. Amazing staff, I have Kimberly Stokinger for a doctor and she has always gone above and beyond for me. Not one bad experience in nearly 2 years
The doctors and receptionists are wonderful in person.. Trying to reach them on the phone, however, is an all day affair. All I'm trying to do is get results for a blood test that they called me about today.. once returning their call, I've been trying to get answers for 3 and a half hours now to no avail. I'm either put on hold and disconnected, or the doctor is with a patient or shes out to lunch... I'm beyond irritated with their lack of "quality assurance "
