RecommendedWe have banked with Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union for over 20 years and have always had personal, excellent service. The staff has always been wonderful and unlike some of the comments below, we have always found the staff to be friendly, smiling, very helpful, and professional. They are able to handle all of our banking needs - checking, savings, vehicle loans, mortgages, etc. We give them a well-deserved 5 out of 5 rating.
Their employees are very rude and inconsiderate. It is like pulling teeth withdraw any money over $1000. If you have money in your account and receive a check larger then $2500 they seem to put a 10 day hold on it even if you have the funds available to cover it. The most recent is there online system has been down so I can't pay any of my bills online and got the run around on Friday about it and they personally told me that it would be fixed by the end of the day. This is rediculous that the online system for check deposits has been down for 5 days now. When you call customer service, and ask about the system all you get is "we don't know what it is or when it's going to be fixed". What with all your snotty IT people you can't get it working?
