Jennifer is by far the most disrespectful person I have ever ran into. First she was playing a game on her phone, which I could clearly seen the screen. She says I'm doing some website stuff for the store...... I call BS! I SEE YOU PLAYING SLOTS ON YOUR PHONE. after 23min she finally puts the phone down and helps me but says it's to late in the day for me to try out a scooter because there closing and come back tomorrow. When someone who works 8-5 and tried to get off early and asked if they could stay open a bit longer for me to pick up a life-saving device because I’m almost dying every night and they’re like nope our doors clock lock at five. Have a nice day. I think as a Business and others who work you should be open till at least least 6:00 if not 6:30
Employees were very helpful. They greeted me and helped me find what i was looking for. They ordered one of the items not kept in stocks and called me when it came in. They helped make sure I understood how to use the devices.
MEAN. One woman was MEAN. NOT HELPFUL. I came with measurements and the one thin blonde woman was soooo rude. Afraid to work I guess. Tried to turn me away even though I had drs measurement. The one worker was great but my over all experience was tainted. Management look into this! Line was out the door and I tried going several different days and there are no accommodations for people who can’t stand for long periods.
