Always plan to wait a really long time, both in the waiting area and in a patient room. Every time I have gone to this same day clinic I am disappointed with the care and feel it was a waste of time.
The lady that sits at front desk podium is nosy
I could not have my appointment with the orthopedics department when I was supposed to because the doctor I had would be out of town, so we scheduled for about a week or two out from when I should have had my appointment. Then my appointment gets canceled just because the doctor I had decided to go to a different office for the day...this appointment was also made a month or two in advance. Then I call to reschedule my appointment and now I'm being told to call later because their systems are down. Would not recommend.
Went to the walk-in clinic.The front desk and nursing staff were rude, and not friendly at all. They seemed very busy, so the wait time was fair. With having flu like symptoms, Dr. McCharles did not send me home with any medication’s, just a work excuse. The whole experience was a waste of time.
