Very difficult to look for glasses. After finding a pair suggested by employee, pair was not as described when arrived in store. I was told to visit different locations multiple times to look for a pair to exchange, when I arrived, the pair was not in store. Having taken off work multiple times, I decided to get a refund. Employee processed refund without notice, only when I called I found out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Glasses are a bit more expensive but the quality is great and has a 1 year replacement. Wonderful experience!
