I cut my finger open and it was pumped with lidocaine and I received 8 stitches. The doctor and nurses where very nice. As I was leaving tho the older front desk lady was extremely nasty to me. She had an attitude for absolutely no reason. She seen i was injured and I couldn't even move my hand due to them injecting my finger with 2 bottles of lidocaine. This is now the second time in a matter of four months that I have been to urgent care and have waited for well over an hour to be seen by a doctor. Both instances I felt I did not get the care that was needed to treat my issues. I had to go see a dermatologist no more than two days after I came there the first time because the medicine they gave me wasn’t working I called and spoke to a triage nurse prior to even arriving the other night and they told me that they could treat my issue prior to me even getting there Sat in t... read more
