Extremely long wait times. Appointment was set for 11:30. We were pulled into the exam room at 12:00. The actual eye doctor stopped in at 12:20 to say that she's not ready yet. 12:35, still haven't been seen. Highly recommend going to a different eye clinic.
As with every high quality eye clinic I've been to for the last 60 years, there is always a good bit of waiting. But when they come to the patient, you are the only one they are concerned with. These are some of the best trained Doctors in the country and it shows.
This was a great experience!! I had very little wait time and Mitsy and Dr. Wessel were both kind, courteous, and informative. I appreciated the kind of service that I received today, and I would recommend this clinic for anybody, and that’s on baby.
