Right hand does not know what left hand is doing,given wrong info about appts. And am very dissapointed with them passing you along from one doc to another without results for the symtoms i have,getting nowhere. And yes,im sure people say if your not satified why not find another provider,I am going to ,but first Mayo has to finish what they started.
Great new facility and people have been here for over a year, yet you still run into problems on Google finding them due to the attached businesses on the side of it. Highly recommend place to establish care.
The ear nose and throat dept very unprofessional Stacy Stafford very smug and rude didn't explain my condition what causes it or anything she just goes threw the motions a I don't care attitude like to bad with no treatment plan gave me a brochure after I explained my condition has gotten worse horrible experience would not recommend that branch of mayo clinic now I must find a real doctor who actually cares about there patients unlike Stacy stafford
Gone downhill fast. Receptionists are beyond rude and don't want to help. They cancel appointments last minute then have no openings for months.
