The physical therapist, Rachel is wonderful. Sign in desk is nonexistant, communications, customer service, ease of contact, help with information is awful. 90 percent of patients are senior citizens and they are expected to sign in electronically them selves. Any emails you receive from them are encrypted and impossible to open. I will never go to them again for physical therapy even tho i like the therapist. Very caring people!
Went in to get an antibiotic prescribed for an abscess. Two hours later and having to listen staff chit chat it up about another patient getting naked in his "room" for no reason... And walked out with nothing.
Wish I could do 0 stars, absolutely horrible over there, my girlfriend was bitten in the face by a dog at work (works at vet clinic) and had to go in for stitches, they did not clean wound when we arrived and had us wait for over 5 hours before being seen, as we watched people who came in hours after us receive help before us, we asked for Tylenol after waiting for 2 hours and did not get any, asked again 2 hours later, still none, finally got it when the doctor saw us, find somewhere else to go, you will be seen sooner
