The physical therapist, Rachel is wonderful. Sign in desk is nonexistant, communications, customer service, ease of contact, help with information is awful. 90 percent of patients are senior citizens and they are expected to sign in electronically them selves. Any emails you receive from them are encrypted and impossible to open. I will never go to them again for physical therapy even tho i like the therapist. They should go back to having a welcome desk where they have a receptionist who signs you in and gives you informati... read more
