Sleep Study,Pulmonary dept(horrible experience), Dec 30, 2024. I've had a cpap for 6 years and issues with my current machine so my insurance required a new sleep study. Long story but I'll sum it up... they gave me a sleeping pill because of my concern about breathing and sleeping, a 9 hour test of not being able to breathe/choking with 19 episodes an hour! Scam on the cool sculpting. $5000.00+ that I used funds that I had saved for many years. I had researched options to keep belly fat under control to help with your hormone health from menopause. I had managed to to do this most of my life without difficulties but now needed some help. I was told and shown the amount of fat cells that would be permanently removed by the Mayo Clinic employee who did the procedure of at least 1 1/2 inches. The ER department was exceptionally caring and compassionate to my family and I during our visit. The staff here definitely went above and beyond to deliver the care needed for our situation and to comfort us.throughout our visit. We came in unsure of what to expect as we had an unsatisfactory visit with a different hospital earlier in the week concerning the same issue. But I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment given. I am so grateful to all those who were involved the night we were in. Thank you Mayo Clinic!.
