Not the typical kind of place I like to write reviews for, but my body decided that we'd take a fun little trip early this morning. 😅 The staff were all fantastic. Friendly, funny, easy to talk to, and really, genuinely listened to me. They eased my nerves, answered all my questions, and made me feel in control of my health. The wait time was zero. THEY were actually the ones waiting for ME to finish checking in at the desk! If you unfortunately need to utilize an Emergency Dept, this is a good one!
I went to the emergency room about a month ago to learn I had Covid. All the staff was so nice and friendly. From the ladies who helped check me in and the nurse and doctor I was so impressed. When I was leaving all the women behind the desk said something to me when I was leaving to the effect that they hoped I got well soon. The staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful too.
