I was recently seen here over 4 times in a week they consistently ignored my concerns and blamed it on weed well I knew it wasn’t that I knew something else was seriously wrong well I went in to the cities to be seen and I was so low on potassium I was damn near having a heart attack so once I got home I looked over discharge paperwork from mayo and guess what they knew it was so low and they didn’t care. Lucky I don’t sue

I usually have a great experience with the Mayo Clinic, but unfortunately, not at this location. Over multiple visits, I felt dismissed and misunderstood. The staff came across as unhelpful made me feel unintelligent for asking questions. I expected better, especially given Mayo's reputation for patient care. I changed my primary care away from this location.

My dads family doctor is here. All of the staff members including pharmacy are so accommodating, nice, empathetic, and professional. They are quick and efficient to resolve any issues we have given how complicated the medical system is. Im so thankful and happy we chose Dr. Johnston Flanders & her team...literally saved my dads life. I don't know where we would be without the team here.

I was very impressed with the team that took care of me. I had a laceration that needed stitches. I was in and out very quickly and had great care. Thank you!
