My dads family doctor is here. All of the staff members including pharmacy are so accommodating, nice, empathetic, and professional. They are quick and efficient to resolve any issues we have given how complicated the medical system is. Im so thankful and happy we chose Dr. Johnston Flanders & her team...literally saved my dads life. I don't know where we would be without the team here.

It's nearly impossible to get an appointment set up here. I have been sick twice and tried to schedule an appointment so I could find out if I was contagious or not so I could keep working. Both times the earliest I could be seen was almost 2 weeks out. By then I am symptom free anyway.
My family member went to Cannon Falls for rehabilitation after a long illness. It was the perfect fit for him. Personalized attention, small clean facility and friendly staff. We could not be happier he was in Cannon Falls until he was ready to go home.
I wouldn’t bring anything with a heartbeat here for care. I heard about the negative experiences from others but had the pleasure of experiencing and confirming that firsthand for myself. My husband woke up to sudden and excruciating lower back pain in the early morning and we chose to bring him to the nearest ER (unfortunately that was the Mayo ER in Cannon).
