As noted in recent Form 990s and recent news reorts, Mayo pays its CEO $4,500,000 and has diversified into things like buying a nun's conservatory in Rochester, MN and has an oil and gas subsidiary. Very local, and going here won't clog up the hospital.
Really insensitive practitioner nearly demanded I go to the ER for a surgery that he determined I needed after feeling around my gut for less than 1 minute. Said that if I didn't do it in 3 days, my appendix could burst. All I went in for was for my chronic pain, and anxiety surrounding my bodys' well being because I hadn't gone to the bathroom in days. I was in desperate need of sleep medication to beat out the anxiety that kept me awake, and the only thing this gentleman cared about was getting me signed off for a surgery ... read more
Had a wonderful team caring for myself and my toddler when we went into Urgent Care over the weekend. I appreciated everyone having a smile on their face and greeting us kindly. Our nurse, John was friendly and helpful. PA, Benning was fantastic with helping explain things in a fun and playful way with my toddler. I imagine it's not fun working on weekends, but the entire team, from the minute we checked in to the way out the door everyone was kind and compassionate and there to be helpful.
