Though the wait was long I’m a very understanding person and understood they had emergencies etc. I don’t get all the poor reviews outside of the wait time my whole experience was great. The Dr, and nurses were all very professional and showed they truly cared.
The nurses and doctors took so long to.when I pressed call light they said they are gonna check and let the nurse know but it take so long I was so disappointed.
This is the best hospital in the world. Every one was absolutely amazing to me and my husband. We are truck drivers and my husband had to have emergency surgery and everyone was wonderful to us. We are from Ohio and they made us feel so comfortable. Kudos y'all
I went in to the ER with issues of pain and feeling unwell. I had extremely high bloodpressure. I don't feel the Dr was listening to me when I said I didn't want any pain meds. In my chart it's listed Gabapentin as I am allergic, Ibuprofen I can't take because of current stomach issues and they said they could only prescribe me Tylenol, ibuprofen,Gabapentin or duloxotein- which by the way is Cymbalta. Billed the wrong insurance... for years. Turned me in to corrections despite it being their error, over and over and over. Sent them numerous emails and had phone calls to have them bill TriCare.... they kept billing VA. Care is great, but not worth the hassle. Avoid if possible
