If I could give no stars I would after the way my significant other was treated by the physical therapist this morning. Nothing like being rude and disrespectful to patients. You have no idea is health issues and to be disrespectful to him without knowing him is disgusting. Thanks for not helping him get treatment after waiting over a month for this appointment.
PLEASE do NOT bring your loved ones to Austin Mayo Clinic. If you have the option, take them to the Rochester Mayo Clinic instead. This facility is the worst place you could bring someone in critical condition. Our loved one was SEVERELY neglected, and went DAYS without being fed or given essential medication for a terminal illness. That kind of neglect is life threatening on its own.
