No follow through, 1+ hour wait times on the phone, they drag their feet personally releasing your medical records to other organizations so to force you to stay within their organization for care but then tell you it’s 3 months out to see a provider for general care. If I could give a worse review I would. My mother died at this hospital because they MISSED sepsis after there were plenty of warning signs she had it. Do not send your loved ones here!!

Dr Eatwell- what can I say? AMAZING!!! His nurse Stacey- I will never have the full words to thank her for everything she does to help me. And Kelly you may not be his nurse anymore but you know what you did to for me when I was transitioning from my last doctor. I have seen him for 8 years and drive almost an hour to St James because of how amazing they are. I can never thank them enough- and a shout out to the ladies (and if ever gentleman) who answer the phones- you guys don’t get enough credit!!! Thank you!!
