We brought my dad in the emergency room last night for chest pains, and it turned out he was having a heart attack. The entire team moved so fast, worked together seamlessly, and truly gave my dad the best care possible. Not only did they take incredible medical care of him, but they also took care of us. I came here a little less than a year ago due to a CVS episode that I am now diagnosed with through a different place. I was freshly 17, they repeatedly stabbed my arm with ivs more than 11 times, multiple scars i’ll never get away. They claimed they couldn’t find the vein yet I come to hospitals monthly and have never had to deal with this. They ended up using an ultrasound on my arm, which again, is insane and when I tell my doctor this she is laughing every time! No follow through, 1+ hour wait times on the phone, they drag their feet personally releasing your medical records to other organizations so to force you to stay within their organization for care but then tell you it’s 3 months out to see a provider for general care. Poor Interdepartmental Communication. I would be concerned to be aging in the rural communities they serve as they offer nothing in terms of care in small towns they have become nothing more than a landing pad for the heli’s. If I could give a worse review I would. My mother died at this hospital because they MISSED sepsis after there were plenty of warning signs she had it. Do not send your loved ones here!!
