Just another mayo satellite clinic, no better or worse than others I've been to. Bonus of low patient volume and no traffic.Â
I went into the ER with very emergent problems. From the ER to my week long stay, I was seriously worked up to swiftly get help and answers as to my condition. The Doctors Agunwamba and Dr. Kivi were So thorough during my stay, They had much to offer, and listened to what I had to share, which made my beginning recovery so possible! The RN's there were patient and attentive, all of which made my recovery of 3 year reoccurring pneumonia greater than ever before this! Thank You, New Prague Hospital Staff!Â

I am writing to share my recent experience regarding my mother's treatment. She was brought to the ER due to severe anxiety and side effects from a medication called Latuda, which included excessive sweating. Unfortunately, the care she received was far from satisfactory. Despite explaining her situation to the ER doctor and expressing our concerns about her psychiatrist's treatment plan, we felt dismissed.
