Great experience in the ER.
Coming in with sick child on a Monday we assumed urgent care would be open. Being that it wasn't we sat in er and waited the full 2 hours until urgent care opened of course the Dr at that time thought it was a joke to have us wait right until 11am. Our room had a bloodied kleenex I had to ask the nurse to clean & remove. Unfortunately we are now still waiting in lobby for urgent care as were being punished for wanting to be seen. It seems to me that this hospital has a very, very poor rating for the name Mayo Clinic. It looks like a failed, poorly run hospital that just doesn't care. It's sad to see how the hospital is run and that it has very poor reviews. Shame shame shame! Not coming here at all. Here is a little tip for these types of hospitals that just don't care: Get a good cup of tea, think about why you wanted to work there in the first place. Went in by ambulance with possible preeclampsia (3 days pp and was induced at 38 weeks exactly for gestational hypertension) just got home even tho I had a pretty decent headache thats been here since this morning was given ibuprofen for it which helped with a pitch black room but I was discharged with no actual evaluation on other symptoms that you cant see all was done was a strep test and blood work. Also why was my mental health diagnoses brought up when I was there for my leg from my knee down was swollen and a headache... read more
