Instead of suing you I will educate you. Your job is to treat and transport. That is all. Not give medical advice and leave while the person is suffering. Telling someone to take a Tylenol for a fever with c/o difficulty walking d/t muscle pain, extreme headache and vomiting for 3 days while tachycardic is NOT okay! This person was diagnosed with serotonin toxicity which can be fatal if left untreated. Luckily this person was smart enough NOT to take your BS advice. Next time do your job. Treat and transport.

Horrible! I'm an overweight individual with severe COPD... I had really bad pneumonia and should not have been expected to climb stairs and then walk down a big hill to get to the ambulance. They need to be better prepared or trained on how to get somebody that is overweight up stairs from a basement bedroom and treat them with as much care as they would someone that is a normal weight. My husband has having a stroke and they asked him if could walk out to the ambulance. He shook his head, yes but couldn’t speak. So they had him walk out to the ambulance

Nice personnel, but needs to be educated on health problems that are an emergency and need immediate care. Turned out to be just an expensive ride. I called to talk to someone and they never returned my call.

this company owes us money since last November and they keep saying the check is in the mail. .... for 3 months. I have called 5 times and she keeps saying the same thing . be patient , it's been sent out. well, I truly doubt that. imagine if we owed them.
