Nice personnel, but needs to be educated on health problems that are an emergency and need immediate care. Turned out to be just an expensive ride. I called to talk to someone and they never returned my call.
this company owes us money since last November and they keep saying the check is in the mail. .... for 3 months. I have called 5 times and she keeps saying the same thing . be patient , it's been sent out. well, I truly doubt that. imagine if we owed them.
They are not the worst but not the best. The main issue is why are people coming to the hospital in ambulances placed in the hospital waiting room? Nonetheless, especially when it is known ahead of time in advance that the patient was told by their doctor they have to be seen at the hospital? This is out of the patients control especially in such instances, and for some of the ambulance staff to have to audacity to question the patient and make them feel bad about it when they are only following through with what the doctor ... read more
