Went to Mayo to get my wife’s Tahoe AC fixed, it’s just somethin my I don’t want to mess with. With the proximity to my house, it was my first choice. Called before I showed up, ensured they had the time to get me a quick turnaround. Dropped it off(on a Friday) paid the diag fee and knew the issues before close of business. I dropped my vehicle off at Mayo Auto early yesterday for a diagnostic. My car kept giving me a warning code about my throttle! Mayo Auto did not disappoint within a few hours the problem was fixed. I was kind of skeptical before dropping off my vehicle, because it is a foreign style vehicle. However, my experience at this location was wonderful. There was a misunderstanding about my oil change that I had gotten today.However, the owners and staff understood my frustrations and made it right.They refunded my money and they also gave me a free oil change which i'm very appreciative of. I went to get new rotors and pads done against my better judgeand mixed things I heard about this place I went anyways my brakes we're grinding some and I knew it was time to replace rotors and pads paid 725.00 just for the front they did the work everything was no more grinding about 3 days later randomly my brakes with start to make squealing nosies very irritating after spending 725 so my wife's up there and spoke to someone and she was told since we didn't pay for a diagnostic there is no warranty so if it's a defective ... read more
