I dropped my truck off at Mayo Autoworks for an oil leak. The next day the mechanic called me and stated that the front engine cover was leaking and the repair would cost around $5,000.00. I asked that they email me an itemized estimate so I could look it over and talk to my auto warranty company. They said they could not do that. This raised my suspicions. NEVER COME HERE. The customer service here is horrible (I was called the b-word by the manager because I questioned the work before I left) and the front desk clerk is a con artist. They specifically wrote jargon on my quote to make it seem as though they were replacing everything brand new. When I took them to court they argued that I didn’t understand “the language”... Do not take your trimmer or lawn mower there. I left it there and I have to wait 3 weeks to have somebody tell me that they had the part already. When I got there they told me that they did not have the part in there. They make me lose my leave (vacation) time for that. It would have been better if the mandatory quota hire told me in the first place that the part was hard to find in the first place instead of making excuses. Do not lose your time there.
