My dryer broke recently. It stopped spinning. Brian was able to come out within hours and replace a belt that had broken. It works perfectly now. He was courteous and professional. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks again Brian!
Brian was quick to respond, quick to set an appointment and arrived on time for that appointment. Not only was he extremely responsive, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and installed a new motor on the spot. Called mayo appliance, and informed them that we have a LG refrigerator which is not cooling down. They told us that LG has an extended 5 year warranty on our model due to this common issue and we can get free repair from LG. We are able to get the free repair from LG today. Thank you!
Brian did an excellent job repairing our washer after it’s drain got clogged and the door locked. He made time for us despite his busy schedule the week after the winter storm to help us! He was thorough and cleaned the drain and got the washer working within 2 hours.
