Had my vehicle towed here to get some transmission work done because they were highly recommended. Almost two months later I am still taking Uber to work. I talked to the boss man last Friday in person because they don't answer the phone when I call. I just needed him to write up the estimate and get it to American Auto Shield so I can have my car rental. He told me he would get right on it. When I spoke with the rep from Carshield, they told me that no claim was ever filed. Safe to say my summer is ruined over this.
